Why use a charge port protection?

The charge port is one of the most vulnerable points on your electric skateboard. Without protection, dust, sand and moisture can infiltrate and cause connection problems or corrosion. This protection extends the life of your equipment.

Is the protection really waterproof?

The silicone protection offers excellent resistance to water and splashes. It prevents infiltration when riding in wet conditions. However, it does not make your board submersible - always avoid deep puddles and heavy rain.

How do I install the protection on my charge port?

Installation is very simple: first clean around the charge port, then insert the protection by pressing firmly until it clips in. To remove it when charging, gently pull on the tab provided.
